Title: Who's Running Your Business? Moving from Default to Deliberate Thinking

Business owners make hundreds of decisions every week, each one shaping their business. What often goes unnoticed is the thinking that drives those decisions. In this workshop, participants learn a practical framework for recognizing the thought patterns behind their decisions and moving from default to deliberate thinking—helping them communicate more clearly, navigate challenges more effectively, and make decisions with greater confidence and intention.

    Participants will learn how to:

    • Recognize the default thinking influencing their business decisions.
    • Use the Spot. Check. Flip. Lock.™ framework to make more deliberate decisions.
    • Communicate and lead with greater clarity and confidence.
    • Build thinking habits that support stronger business performance.

SpeakerSarah Tetlow, CEO of Firm Focus, Legal Productivity Coaching & Consulting

Topic: Design The Perfectly Productive Day

A realistic framework for productive days that actually work

Designing the Perfectly Productive Day is a practical, research-informed keynote or workshop based on Sarah Tetlow’s top-selling book, The Perfectly Productive Day. The program helps professionals intentionally design a full 24-hour day (not just their work hours) by aligning habits, decisions, and routines with how the brain actually works. Participants are guided through six key categories of the day to understand how small, strategic choices compound to improve focus, energy, and decision-making. The result is a realistic, sustainable approach to productivity that replaces willpower and overwhelm with clarity, consistency, and control.

    Takeaways:

    • A proven framework for designing a full 24-hour day that supports productivity without burnout.
    • Practical strategies to reduce decision fatigue and intentionally structure days for focus, energy, and follow-through.
    • A repeatable method for making small, high-impact changes that compound into sustainable performance.
